Mission
Incorporated in June 2007, OCBA Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation dedicated to the education of people in Osceola, Mississippi County, the Delta and Arkansas. OCBA, Inc. also promotes the establishment of charter schools in Arkansas.
